For Dear Miners: Cumulus Encrypted Storage System (CESS) Testnet v0.7.2 Reset Announcement

Due to some parameter configurations and unforeseen scenarios in the Grandpa module of the Substrate framework (Polkadot-v0.9.36), the block confirmation of the Consensus Node was abnormal to network paralysis.

The CESS team has been communicating with Parity’s Substrate core developers. The bugs will be fully fixed in the next version. To ensure the stable operation of the network and minimize the impact on the community, we decided to release a revision v0.7.2 today.

All node operators please note that you need to redeploy your nodes to adapt to the new Testnet v0.7.2 environment.
